Track Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we will send tracking information to the email address used during checkout.
How to track your package
- Open your shipping-confirmation email from E MART.
- Click the tracking number or tracking link.
- View the latest delivery updates from the carrier.
Tracking information may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch.
Multiple packages
Orders containing several products may arrive separately because items can be shipped from different fulfilment locations. Each package may have its own tracking number.
Cannot find your tracking email?
Check your spam or junk folder. You can also contact us through the Contact Us page and provide:
- Your order number
- Your full name
- The email address used during checkout
